A technical team from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum has carried out a comprehensive assessment of nephrite and marble mines across various areas of Kunar province.
According to the ministry, the assessment aimed to ensure standard mining practices and monitor ongoing extraction activities.
During the inspection, the technical team emphasized adherence to standard mining principles, worker safety measures, and the protection and proper management of mineral resources.
