Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Norway’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and held discussions on political issues and regional developments.
The Norwegian Special Representative stated that notable achievements have been made in Afghanistan in areas including security, counter-narcotics, and several other sectors, adding that there is a need to facilitate further cooperation through the normalization of relations with the international community.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that the existing stability in Afghanistan should be effectively utilized, and that the progress achieved by the Afghan authorities should contribute to the further expansion of cooperation.
