Mawlawi Noor Mohammad Mutawakel, Afghanistan’s Consul General in Mashhad, met with Dr. Ghulam Hossein Mozaffari, Governor of Khorasan Razavi Province, Iran, to discuss a range of bilateral issues.
According to the Afghan Consulate General in Mashhad, the meeting focused on addressing transportation and transit challenges at the Dogharon border crossing, facilitating and expediting the transfer of Afghan prisoners, and resolving compulsory insurance issues affecting holders of Amaish cards.
The two sides also emphasized the importance of continued cooperation to address concerns affecting Afghan citizens and improve cross-border services.
