Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali met with Dr. Edwin Ceniza Salvador to discuss international support for the country’s health system, polio laboratory activities, implementation of new health initiatives, and better coordination for health programs.
The Ministry of Public Health said that Mr. Jalali stated: “We are fully committed to strengthening the country’s health system and are working to provide quality health services to all citizens in cooperation with international organizations.”
The two sides also exchanged views on the World Health Organization’s future programs and ways to expand joint cooperation in the health sector.
