The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has announced that the digital document and correspondence management system will be implemented in 13 Emirati institutions.
In a meeting chaired by Hafiz Mohammad Amin Jan Omari, Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration of the Ministry, the implementation framework of the system was discussed with relevant institutional officials.
According to the Ministry, the system is aimed at expediting administrative processes, preventing forgery and corruption, saving time, and enhancing transparency.
