Shaikh Sher Ahmad Haqqani, Minister of Information and Culture, called on media professionals to prevent the dissemination of immorality and to place Islamic values and teachings at the forefront of their journalistic activities during a one-day seminar on enhancing the intellectual, ideological, and professional capacity of journalists in Kapisa province.
Mr. Haqqani further stressed that journalists should make national unity the foundation of their work, refrain from fueling ethnic, regional, and linguistic divisions, report facts with honesty and integrity, and play an active role in exposing and countering the conspiracies of Afghanistan’s adversaries.

We defeated those who were far better equipped than you, possessing advanced technology and modern weaponry.”
