Russian attacks in and around Ukraine’s Kyiv region have killed at least 15 people and injured 51 others, according to Ukrainian emergency officials. The strikes also damaged warehouses and other buildings.
Air raid alerts lasted for more than an hour as rescue operations continued. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said one person was killed in the capital and warned that more victims could still be trapped beneath the rubble.
