Mullah Abdullah Bashir, Director General of the National Standards and Quality Authority, held a meeting with Alireza Bigdeli, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kabul, during which they discussed the importance of standardizing exports and imports, as well as ensuring compliance with quality standards in trade between the two countries.
During the meeting, the Iranian ambassador reaffirmed the readiness of his country’s National Standards Organization to cooperate with Afghanistan in the areas of standardization, exchange of technical expertise, and expansion of specialized cooperation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides emphasized the expansion of technical cooperation and the strengthening of trade relations between Afghanistan and Iran.
