The Commission for Relations with Afghan Personalities says several former administration officials have been granted immunity cards.
The recipients include former Deputy Director of National Security Inayatullah Oryakhel, former Baghlan parliament representative Mamore Ahmadzai, and former Deputy Director of Security Mohammad Rafiq.
Commission head Sheikh Shahabuddin Dilawar welcomed the returning Afghan figures and assured them that their honor, dignity, and security would be protected.
