Mawlawi Abdul Shakoor Haqqani, Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Kyrgyzstan, met with Almas Bukalayev, Deputy of the Fourth Political Department at Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss political, economic, and cultural issues.
Referring to the ceasefire agreement between Afghanistan and Pakistan, Mr. Haqqani emphasized that the Afghan people are peace-loving and do not wish to find their own peace disrupted by the unrest of others.
In response, Almas Bukalayev expressed hope for strengthening trade relations between Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan.
