Mullah Mohammad Isa Sani, the Minister of Public Works, visited various sections of the Salang Highway on Friday, 21 November, to assess ongoing construction work.
He instructed the contracting companies to complete all planned tasks before the arrival of winter.
Meanwhile, representatives of the contracting companies assured that they are working to finish the highway projects before the upcoming winter.
Additionally, the Minister of Public Works met with staff from the Salang Maintenance Directorate and instructed them to ensure full preparedness for the winter season ahead.
