Mustaghfir Gurbaz, spokesperson for the Khost Provincial Government, stated that as a result of heavy rainfall and flooding in recent days, 570 houses have been either completely or partially destroyed across the province.
In addition, 110 jeribs of agricultural land have been destroyed, while other areas remain at significant risk of further damage.
According to Mr. Gurbaz, two women were also injured in the capital of the province as a result of these incidents.
