Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, Minister of Economy, held discussions with Robert Inzico, Acting Country Director and Head of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), on addressing the challenges facing displaced persons and the status of humanitarian programs in Afghanistan.
During the meeting, the NRC representative reaffirmed the organization’s continued commitment to providing humanitarian assistance to displaced persons and returnees, as well as supporting job creation opportunities for young people in the country.
He also stated that programs are underway to address the challenges facing returnees and to deliver humanitarian assistance across various provinces.
