Mawlawi Noor Mohammad Mutawakil, Afghanistan’s Consul General in Mashhad, met with Mustafa Rezaei, Executive Director of the Afghanistan Railway Construction and Development Consortium, to discuss progress on the Herat–Mazar-e-Sharif railway project.
Both sides stressed the importance of accelerating the project and explored ways to facilitate the work of project partners. They also highlighted the active participation of Afghan companies in the railway’s implementation.
