Secretariat of the High Commission to address the Problems of migrants

Daily Work Report of the Committees

On Monday, 1/3/1447, corresponding to 3/6/1404, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.

The full report is presented as follows:

Herat

Islam Qala

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

452 families with 2785 members returned to the country and were registered through Islam Qala.

Financial management Committee

A total of (3254000) Afghanis were provided to 414 families by the Financial management Committee.

Nimroze

Abrishom way

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

43 families with 230 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 681 passengers have also returned to the country.

Transpotations committee

9 families with 37 members from Nimroz have been safely transported to Helmand and Kabul, and (500,000) has been paid.

Financial management Committee

A total of (338,000) Afghanis has been provided to 39 families by the Financial management Committee.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the migrants on the Abrishom way of Nimroze province. These refugees were provided with useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, were provided to the refugees returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:

Health: 454 returned refugees have been treated on the Abrishom way.

Communications: 43 SIM cards have been distributed to the refugees on the Abrishom way.

Kandahar

Spin Boldak (Durand Line)

Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee

100 families with 532 members have returned to the country and registered.

Transpotations committee

52 families with 282 members from Spin Boldak have been safely transported to Kandahar, Helmand, Paktia and Kabul, and (601,000) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.

Financial management Committee

A total of (870,000) Afghanis have been provided to 105 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:

Food: 983 meals, bread and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.

Communications: 100 SIM cards have been distributed to the returning refugees by the Communications Services Authority, free of charge, with free minutes and internet packages.

Nangarhar

Torkham (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

645 families returned to the country through Torkham and 3240 members of these families were registered and biometrically scanned.

Transporations committee

531 families with 3648 members from Torkham were safely transported to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Kabul and (2197900) Afghanis were also paid as rent to these families.

Financial management Committee

A total of (6212000) Afghanis were provided to 835 families by the Financial management Committee.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Torkham. The refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:

Communications: 2069 SIM cards, free of charge, with free minutes and internet packages, were distributed to the returning refugees.

Paktika

Angoor Ada (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

4 families with 26 members have returned to the country and registered through Paktika Angoor Ada.

Financial management Committee

A total of (12,500) Afghanis have been provided to 4 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following services, including health, were provided to the refugees who returned to Paktika Angoor Ada:

Food: 52 meals of bread and water were distributed at Angoor Ada.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Paktika Angoor Ada. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Helmand

Bahramcha (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

A 1 family of 6 members has returned to the country and been registered through Bahramcha.

Financial management Committee

A total of (6,000) Afghanis has been provided to 1 families by the Financial management Committee.

Kabul

Center

Transpotations committee

384 families with 1624 members from Kabul have been safely transferred to Baghlan, Kunduz, Takhar, Balkh, Jawzjan, Badakhshan and Sar-e-Pul and (1530490) Afghanis have been paid as rent to these families.

The total figures of the different activities of all the committees are as follows:

Registered refugees: (1245) families and (6819) individuals

Transferred refugees: (976) families and (5591) individuals

Helped refugees: (1398) families

Distributed SIM cards: (2212) numbers
