Secretariat of the High Commission to address the Problems of migrants

Daily Work Report of the Committees

On Saturday, 11/4/1447, corresponding to 12/7/1404, Afghan refugees were forcibly returned from different parts of the country and necessary services were provided to them in different areas.

The full report is presented as follows:

Herat

Islam Qala

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

50 families with 306 members returned to the country and were registered through Islam Qala.

Financial management Committee

A total of (346,000) Afghanis were provided to 47 families by the Financial management Committee.

Nimroze

Abrishom way

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

1 family with 5 members from the Abrishom way of Nimroze province have returned to the country and registered, and 136 travelers have also returned to the country.

Financial management Committee

A total of (10,000) Afghanis have been provided to 1 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following services, including health, were provided to the migrants returning from the Abrishom way of Nimroze:

Health: 72 migrants returning from the Abrishom way have been treated.

Communications: 1 SIM card has been distributed to the migrants from the .

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the migrants on the Abrishom way of Nimroze province. These migrants were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

Kandahar

Spin Boldak (Durand Line)

Registration, Confirmation and Receiving Committee

329 families with 1822 members have returned to the country and registered through Spin Boldak.

Transportations committee

222 families with 1249 members have been safely transported from Spin Boldak to Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, Herat, Gharani and Kabul, and these families have also been paid (1446800) Afghani as rent.

Financial management Committee

A total of (4,090,000) Afghanis have been provided to 504 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees in Spin Boldak:

Food: 759 food parcels, bread and water have been distributed in Spin Boldak.

Communications: 469 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.

Nangarhar

Torkham (Durand Line)

Registration, confirmation and Receiving Committee

293 families returned to the country through Torkham and 1,087 members of these families have been registered and biometrically scanned.

Transporations committee

271 families with 1438 members from Torkham have been safely transported to Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Kabul, and (980,100) Afghanis have also been paid as rent to these families.

Financial management Committee

A total of (4386,000) Afghanis have been provided to 530 families by the Financial management Committee.

Services and Health Affairs Committee

The following different services, including health, have been provided to the returning refugees at the Torkham Camp:

Communications: 350 SIM cards, including free minutes and internet packages, have been distributed to the returning refugees.

Information and Public Awareness Committee

Public awareness was provided to the refugees in Torkham. These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transfer, financial assistance, temporary agreement, and also about the country, the Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education and training.

The total figures of the different activities of all committees are as follows:

Registered refugees: (673) families and (3220) individuals

Transferred refugees: (493) families and (2687) individuals

Helped refugees: (1082) families

Distributed SIM cards: (820) numbers
