Secretariat of the High Commission to Address the Problems of MigrantsDaily Work Report of Committees

On Friday, 12/8/1445, which coincides with 4/12/1402, Afghan refugees returned from different routes of the country and were provided necessary services in different areas. Full report It is presented as follows:
Nangarhar 
Torkham (Durand Line)
Registration, Confirmation, and Receiving Committee
Through Torkham, 20 families have returned to the country, and 56 members of these families have been registered and fingerprinted.
Transportation committee 
18 families from Torkham with 86 members have been safely transported to Nangarhar and Kabul, and 38,000 Afghanis have been paid to these families.
Finance Management Committee
30 families have been helped by the Financial Affairs Organizing Committee, with a total of 300,000 Afghanis.
Committee on Services and Health Affairs
The following different services, including health, are provided to returning refugees in Torkham Omari Camp: Food: 560 meals and 19,000 liters of clean water have been distributed in Torkham camps. Health: 360 refugees have been treated in Torkham. Food items and clothes: The following food items and clothes were distributed to the returned refugees in Torkham: Blankets, floors, gas stoves, 28 packages of raw food items, and other various items have been distributed. Communications: 107 SIM cards have been distributed to the returned refugees, free of charge, with free minutes and internet packages.
Employment Committee
In the Torkham Employment Committee, there are 5 bachelor’s degree holders, 1 post-baccalaureate degree holder, 1 bachelor’s degree holder, 1 Hafiz, 3 religious scholars, 46 poor workers, and 24 A total of 81 professionals have registered. The said committee also gave public awareness about explosives, cleanliness, child protection, and Afghanistan to 126 children in Torkham, and games and entertainment programs were also provided to these children for the purpose of mental health.
Committee on Information and Public Awareness
In Torkham, as in the past, public awareness was given to the refugees: These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transportation, financial assistance, short-term agreement and understanding of the country, Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education, and training. In the same way, awareness has been given to the refugees in different areas by the Promoting Virtue and Preventing Evil Departments of Nangarhar Province.
Kandahar 
Spin Boldak (Durand Line)
Registration, Confirmation, and Receiving Committee
38 families with 186 members returned to the country and were registered through Spin Boldak.
Transportation committee 
11 families from Spin Boldak, whose number of members was 60, have been safely transported to Kandahar and Kabul, and these families have been given (16,000) Afghan rent.
Finance Management Committee
37 families have been helped by the financial affairs management committee, with a total of 370,000 Afghanis.
Committee on Services and Health Affairs
The following different services, including health, are provided to returning refugees in Spin Boldak: Food: 421 foods and clean water have been distributed in Spin Boldak. Health: 226 returnees have been treated in Spin Boldak. Also, 295 refugees have been given public awareness in different areas of health. Clothing: In short-term camps, tents and blankets have been distributed to refugees as needed. Communication: The Department of Communication Services has distributed 160 SIM cards to the returned refugees free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.
Employment Committee
In the employment committee, there are 3 bachelor degree holders, 1 bachelor degree holder, 2 memorizers, 5 religious scholars, 44 poor workers, and 22 professionals. A total of 77 professionals have registered. The said committee also gave public awareness about explosives, cleanliness, child protection, and Afghanistan to the children in Spinboldak, and games and entertainment programs were also provided to the said children for the purpose of mental health.
Paktika
Angoor Ada Way 
Committee on Services and Health Affairs
The following different services, including health, were provided to the returning refugees in Angoor Ada: Food: 22 meals and clean water have been distributed in Angoor Ada and Khorna.
Committee on Information and Public Awareness
Public awareness was given to the refugees on the way to Angoor Ada: The refugees were given useful information about their registration, transportation, financial assistance, short-term agreement and understanding of the country, Islamic system, migration, patience and tolerance, education, and training.
Nimroze 
Abrishom way 
Accreditation, Registration, and Receiving Committee
45 families with a total of 182 members have returned to the country through the Abrishom Way of Nimroz Province and have been registered; also, 2498 travelers have returned to the country.
Finance Management Committee
10,000 Afghanis have been given to 14 families by the Financial Affairs Committee, which is 14,000 Afghanis in total.
Committee on Services and Health Affairs
In Nimroz, the returning refugees were provided with the following services, including health: Health: 254 refugees have been treated in Nimroz. Communication: The Department of Communication Services has distributed 45 SIM cards to the returned refugees free of charge, including free minutes and internet packages.
Committee on Information and Public Awareness
Public awareness was given to 182 refugees on the Abrishom Way in Nimroz Province: These refugees were given useful information about their registration, transportation, financial assistance, short-term agreement and understanding of the country, Islamic system, immigration, patience and tolerance, education, and training.
Herat
Islam Qala 
Accreditation, Registration, and Receiving Committee
37 families returned to the country through Islam Fort, and 141 members of these families have been registered and biometric.
Finance Management Committee
44 families were assisted by the Financial Affairs Committee with 10,000 Afghanis, which is 44,000 Afghanis in total.
Committee on Services and Health Affairs
In Herat, returning refugees are provided with the following services, including health: Health: 187 refugees have been treated in Herat.
The total figures of the different activities of all the committees are as follows:
Registered immigrants: (140) families (379) individuals Transported refugees: 29 families (146 individuals) Assisted migrants: 125% families Treated refugees: 1027 people Split SIM cards: 312 digits.
