The United Nations Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) mission was extended by member nations of the UN Security Council yesterday, March 15, until March 16, 2025.
By issuing a statement, the aforementioned organization attested to this and promised to keep supporting and collaborating with Afghanistan.
The Security Council’s 2002 decision established the United Nations Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA).
