The Minister of Interior Affairs – IEA, H.E. Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, met with Yerkín Tokumov, the Special Envoy of the President of Kazakhstan.
In this meeting, Tokumov expressed support for strengthening bilateral trade, expanding relations, and implementing major economic projects such as railway development between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan.
He also reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s continued cooperation in enhancing border security, combating narcotics, and constructing the railway line through Turkmenistan.
H.E. Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani thanked Kazakhstan for its cooperative efforts and praised the relations between the two countries.
He stated that Afghanistan is moving toward security, trade expansion, and development, and that it expects goodwill and regional cooperation from Kazakhstan.
