Marco Rubio said the United States may reassess its relationship with NATO following the Iran conflict, citing frustration over allies’ reluctance to support U.S. military efforts.
In an interview, Rubio criticized some European members for refusing access to military bases and airspace, questioning the alliance’s value if support is limited in times of need. He warned NATO risks becoming a “one-way street,” despite its long-standing role in extending U.S. global influence.
