A delegation from the Commission for Administrative Structure and Salaries, led by Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Administrative Deputy of the Prime Minister, reviewed the situation at Pul-e-Charkhi Prison in Kabul.
During the visit, the delegation assessed health and service conditions, as well as the legal and religious affairs of all individuals held at the prison.
Officials were also instructed to treat prisoners in accordance with Islamic law and their legal rights, and to take practical steps to address their basic needs.
