Based on a decree from the Supreme Leader (may Allah protect him), a delegation from the Commission for Organizational Structure and Salaries, headed by Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, held a meeting with officials from the Prison Affairs Administration to review the administrative situation of prisons, healthcare conditions, legal and religious issues concerning prisoners, and the provision of services in central and provincial prisons.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on respecting the religious rights of prisoners, improving services, strengthening administrative order, and addressing the needs of inmates more effectively.
Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi also attended a seminar organized for provincial prison officials, where he stressed the implementation of these measures.
