The Director General of the Prison Reform Agency, Mawlawi Mohammad Yousuf Mistry, attended the 27th International Conference on Prison Reform (ICPA) held in Turkey for the purpose of training and reforming prisons.
The Prison Reform Agency says that participants in this conference will share their ideas and experiences on prison reform, training and education of prisoners, professional development of prison staff, and provision of facilities and modernization for them.
Mawlawi Mohammad Yousuf Mistry said that such international conferences provide a good opportunity to share experiences and learn modern reform methods.
It is worth noting that the conference began on October 26 of this year with the participation of representatives of 85 countries and international organizations and will continue until the 31st of this month.
