Naqibullah Ahmadi, Ambassador of Afghanistan to Malaysia, met with Hamid Ersoy, Ambassador of Türkiye to Brunei Darussalam, during his visit to the country.
The Embassy of Afghanistan in Malaysia stated that the meeting focused on the longstanding friendly relations between Afghanistan and Türkiye and discussed avenues for further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
The embassy also added Naqibullah Ahmadi, Acting Ambassador of Afghanistan to Malaysia, met with Dr. Haji Awang Abdul Aziz, Grand Mufti of Brunei Darussalam, to discuss a range of issues related to relations between the two countries.
The two sides also exchanged views on the role of religious scholars, expanding joint academic and cultural activities, and further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.
