Acting Minister of Promoting Virtue and Preventing Evil, Shaikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, recently convened a meeting with political leaders and businessmen residing outside Afghanistan at the ministry’s headquarters.
During the meeting, attendees from various European countries commended the Ministry of Promoting Virtue and Preventing Evil and lauded the accomplishments of the Islamic Emirate.
They expressed satisfaction with the rapid progress made by the Emirate and praised the ministry for its responsiveness to citizen complaints.
The guests highlighted the newfound confidence citizens have in bringing forth their grievances without fear, citing it as a significant achievement.
They also dispelled concerns regarding women’s rights, dismissing international criticisms as unfounded.
Minister Hanafi welcomed the guests and affirmed the Emirate’s commitment to upholding women’s rights as prescribed by Islam.
He assured that no violations of women’s rights would be tolerated and emphasized the Emirate’s efforts in securing and safeguarding these rights. As a good example, Minister Hanafi mentioned the inheritance of women and their giving as a victim of conflict between two tribes, and cited the ministry’s successful resolution of inheritance disputes involving thousands of women and highlighted the significant reduction in instances of abuse against women across the country.
In the end, Mr. Hanafi asked all the guests to present the true image of the Islamic Emirate to the world and to come every time to share their good advice and help the officials of the Islamic Emirate to solve the problems together.
He was assured of full cooperation by the guests and said; They are ready to provide services to their countrymen in various fields and to present to the world the true image of the Islamic Emirate, especially the Ministry of Eminence.
