The spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, announced that talks between representatives of the Islamic Emirate and Pakistan in Qatar concluded with the signing of an agreement.
According to Mawlawi Mujahid, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to peace, mutual respect, and good neighborly relations, emphasizing the importance of resolving all issues through dialogue.
He stated that under the agreement, neither country will engage in hostile actions against the other, nor will they support groups conducting attacks against Pakistan. Both sides also agreed to refrain from targeting each other’s security forces, civilians, or infrastructure.
Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid added that a mechanism will soon be established—through the mediation of friendly nations—to address mutual concerns and ensure the implementation of the agreement. He expressed gratitude to Qatar and Turkey for their efforts and mediation in facilitating the talks.
