His highness Amir al-mu’minin attended and addressed a seminar on coordinating and regulating the affairs of specialties and religious societies

His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin participated and held talks at the concluding day of a three-day seminar on coordinating and regulating the affairs of religious specialties, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education.

During the event, His Highness referred to scholars as chosen servants of Allah Almighty entrusted with safeguarding and promoting the religion. Emphasizing the importance of sincerity, he urged scholars to take advantage of the current conducive environment to educate future generations effectively and guide scholars and students towards their studies.

His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin emphasized the significance of ifta as a crucial position in religion, advocating for the inclusion of talented and deserving scholars in ifta and the Judiciary after three years of specialized training and graduation.

He expressed satisfaction with his ministers, praising their obedience and character, urging others to honor and respect them as well, as honor and obedience extend beyond just the Amir to all leaders.

His Highness also highlighted the establishment of university specializations in various regions, equipped with the necessary resources to train individuals in the judicial system, aiming to benefit society as a whole.

During his speech, His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin urged scholars to clarify the orders of the Islamic Emirate to the nation and encourage compliance with them. He highlighted the decree of general amnesty, noting that after the conquest, all opponents were pardoned, fostering a sense of unity and brotherhood. In conclusion, His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin, emphasized the importance of scholars having a role in politics, as he expressed concerns about attempts to separate politics from religion, advocating for scholars to have a voice in political matters.

Hafez Ziaullah Hashemi, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Higher Education, announced the successful completion of a three-day seminar titled “Coordination and Regulation of Universities and Specializations.”

The seminar, attended by heads, deputies, and professors from the General Directorate of Specializations and Religious Universities of the Ministry of Higher Education, commenced on Saturday, May 4th, with an opening speech by Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadim, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education.

The seminar concluded on Monday, May 6th, following productive discussions and presentations aimed at enhancing coordination and regulation within the educational sector.
