The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate has expressed deep sorrow over a deadly explosion at a manufacturing facility in Luoyang city, Henan province, China, and extended its condolences to the families of the victims.
According to reports, the explosion, which occurred at a firework manufacturing factory, resulted in 26 fatalities and 61 injuries.
