The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has expressed condolences following the reported death of former Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a statement, Islamic Emirate spokesman Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid conveyed condolences to the Qatari government, the late emir’s family and the people of Qatar.
