Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy of the Prime Minister, held a series of meetings during Eid ul-Fitr where he engaged with various officials of the Islamic Emirate, scholars, Mujahideen, and ethnic elders. During these discussions, tribal elders and religious scholars expressed their gratitude for the authorities’ efforts in maintaining security throughout the Eid period. They commended the good conduct of the Mujahideen and security officials, stating that the people are pleased with their behavior and are willing to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate.
In response, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir expressed his appreciation for their sentiments and emphasized that every Afghan has the right to live and celebrate in a secure environment. He reiterated the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to ensuring this right for all citizens. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between security forces and the public to sustain security measures beyond the Eid festivities.
