Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, Minister of Economy, said that 27,344 families across nine provinces have been displaced due to attacks by the Pakistani military regime.
He noted that the affected provinces include Nuristan, Kunar, Nangarhar, Laghman, Paktia, Khost, Paktika, Zabul, and Kandahar.
Hanif urged United Nations offices and other domestic and international institutions to provide immediate assistance to the displaced families
