Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, met with Qari Bakhtiar Muaz, Governor of Laghman, to discuss the situation and challenges of returning migrants, particularly access to safe drinking water.
According to the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, the meeting emphasized addressing the needs of returnees and implementing water supply projects in line with priority-based planning and the principle of balanced development.
