The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the launch of inter-provincial document certification services to improve access and efficiency across its regional offices.
According to the Ministry, citizens can now submit their documents at Afghan Post’s provincial offices, which will then be forwarded to Kabul and to the Ministry’s six foreign missions for official certification.
