Traffic Police Chief Hasibullah Mukhtar, claims that the process of issuing conversion documents for cars and taxis is ongoing in the country, and this process is supposed to be completed by 80% in the next six months.
Mr. Mukhtar adds that this department is trying to make the traffic system electronic, so that they can reduce traffic violations.
