Richard Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, announced on his X account that the UK is allocating an additional three million pounds, equivalent to 257 million Afghanis, in aid to Afghanistan.
According to Mr. Lindsay, this support is intended to provide essential nutritional supplies and assist individuals affected by natural disasters.
He further noted that with this contribution, the total bilateral assistance from the United Kingdom to Afghanistan in the current fiscal year will reach 154 million pounds, equivalent to 13.18 billion Afghanis.
