Mawlawi Attaullah Omari, Afghanistan’s Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, participated in and addressed the “Afghanistan–India Business Opportunities” interactive meeting during his visit to India.
In his remarks, Omari described the expansion of economic and trade cooperation between Afghanistan and India as important to the shared interests of both countries. He emphasized strengthening collaboration in agriculture, irrigation, livestock, agricultural processing industries, investment, technology transfer, export development, and creating new opportunities for the private sector.
