Traders from the pharmaceutical sectors of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have signed 13 trade agreements valued at over 25 million U.S. dollars.
Officials from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, in a joint meeting, emphasized the expansion of economic relations, facilitation of bilateral trade, and strengthening cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Abdullah Azizov, Head of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Authority of Uzbekistan, stated during the meeting that his country is ready for comprehensive cooperation with Afghanistan, particularly in pharmaceutical production.
