Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, Director General of the National Disaster Management Authority, met with Sadin Ayyıldız, Chargé d’Affaires of the Turkish Embassy in Kabul, to discuss the enhancement of bilateral cooperation between Afghanistan and Turkey.
During the meeting, Mr. Turabi underscored the critical importance of collaboration with Turkish institutions in responding to the needs of disaster-affected populations and highlighted the urgent requirement for support for those displaced by recent conflicts in eastern Afghanistan.
The Turkish Chargé d’Affaires, Sadin Ayyıldız, reaffirmed Turkey’s commitment to continue providing technical and humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and emphasized Ankara’s solidarity with the Afghan people.
