The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has strongly rejected recent allegations by Pakistani officials that the attack on a police station in Bannu was planned from Afghan territory, calling the claims “baseless.”
Speaking on the issue, Islamic Emirate spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said Afghanistan believes regional challenges can be resolved through mutual understanding, respect, and sincere cooperation rather than accusations, threats, or emotional rhetoric.
Mr. Mujahid reiterated that the Islamic Emirate remains committed to ensuring that Afghan soil is not used against any country and stressed that no group or individual will be allowed to carry out activities that threaten the security and stability of the region.
