Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Minister of Interior, has emphasized the protection of citizens’ lives following increased rainfall and flooding in several provinces of the country.
He urged local authorities to pay serious attention to public safety and called on governors, police commanders, district chiefs, and local security officials to continuously monitor conditions in their areas and fully utilize all available resources to safeguard citizens against flood threats.
