At least seven people, including two police officers, were killed in an explosion in the Laki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, local officials said.
According to police spokesman Qudratullah Khan, 23 others were injured in the blast and shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Authorities said the nature and cause of the explosion have not yet been determined, while investigations into the incident are ongoing.
