The returning of Afghan refugees into their country through numerous Zero Points are taking place, the committees Staff are trying their level best to help & assist the refugees. Below is the conclusive report of the committees officially appointed to accommodate the returnees.
The list & figures of Afghan Returnees who entered from different Zero Points.
The Number of registered Returnees: 111 families with 391 associates.
The Number of Transported Returnees: 23 families with 111 associates.
The primary assistance & help with Returnees: 102 families.
The Number of Temporary Settled Returnees: 116
The Number of Examined & Treated Returnees: 1,327
The total Number of Distributed Mobile SIM Cards: 185


Nangarhar:


Durand Line (Torkham):
The Committee of Registration, Confirmation & Reception:

The returning 31 families with 73 associates are bio metric & registered.
The Transport Committee:
The returning 18 families with 83 associates are safely transported to Nangarhar province with 16,500 AFN as their rent payment.
The Committee for Financial Procedures:
The returning 73 families obtained 10,000 AFN as their rent payment.
The Temporary Settlement Committee:
The returning 27 families are given temporary shelters with all basic necessities of livelihood, in addition the installments of 30 Tents & 6 Restrooms in Omari Camp is witnessed.
The Committee of Health affairs & Services:
The 620 returnees are given Meals & purified Water in Zero Point Camps, along with 45,000 liters of purified water, 1,086 individuals with different diseases are examined and treated, Blankets, Carpets, winter Heaters with 45 Packages of raw material are also distributed. The refugees also obtained 91 SIM Cards with free minutes and internet.
The Committee for Job opportunities:
The committee’s staff located 1 High school graduate, 2 Memorizers of the Holy Quran, 1 Religious scholar, 42 with Minor skills and 32 with professional skills are witnessed, the basic information to 345 Children about Land mines, personal hygiene and Kids safeguard were also given, in addition, 2 missing Kids are also returned to their families.
The Committee for Mosques and Learning:
The returning 27 undergraduates are registered with the ultimate collaboration of Nangarhar’s Committee for Mosques & Learning, the Committee’s Stuff are trying their level best to provide all the assistance and help to the students in order to complete their education.


Kandahar:


Spin Boldak:
The Committee of Registration, Confirmation & Reception:
The returning 17 families with 112 associates along with 15 Prisoners in Pakistan through Boldak route are registered.
The Transport Committee:
The returning 2 families with 13 associates are safely transported to Kandahar & Zabul provinces with 3,500 AFN as rent payment.
The Committee for Financial Procedures:
The returning 16 families obtained 160,000 AFN each.
The Temporary Settlement Committee:
The returning 23 families are given temporary accommodations with all necessary requirements of livelihood.
The Committee of Health affairs & Services:
Food: The 500 returning refugees are given Meals.
Medical: 241 individuals are examined and treated, in addition, Blankets and Tents are also distributed, in addition, information regarding public awareness programs to 341 is given.
Technology: The refugees obtained 65 SIM Cards with free minutes & internet.
The Committee for Job opportunities:
The Committee’s Staff located 2 Religious scholars, 23 individuals with Minor skills & 11 with Professional skills are witnessed, in addition, basic information regarding Landmines, Personal Hygiene, Child protection and general information regarding Afghanistan’s Culture, People & Climate is given to the 23 Kids.


Paktika Province:


Angor Ada Zero Point:
The Committee for Health Affairs and Services:
The returning 21 individuals with refugee’s status are given Foods/Meals with Medical facilities.
The Committee for Information & Public Awareness:
The returning refugees are given information regarding Public Awareness Programs. The returnees are also requested to remain nonviolent and preserve tranquility.


Nimruz Province:


The Committee of Registration, Confirmation & Reception:
The returning 44 families with 158 associates and others 1,146 individuals with deportees’ status are registered.
The Committee for Financial Procedures:
The returning 13 families obtained 130,000 AFN as their rent payment.
The Temporary Settlement Committee:
The returning 49 families are given temporary shelters with all basic necessities of livelihood.
The Committee for Health Affairs and Services:
The returning individuals with refugee’s status are given Foods, Medical facilities and 29 SIM Cards with free minutes and internet.

The Committee for Information & Public Awareness:
The returning 158 refugees are given information regarding Public Awareness Programs. The returnees are also requested to remain nonviolent and preserve tranquility.


Herat Province:


Islam Qala Zero Point:
The Committee of Registration, Confirmation & Reception:
The returning of 19 families with 48 associates is witnessed.
The Temporary Settlement Committee:
The returning 17 families are given temporary accommodations with basic requirements of living.


Kabul:


The Transport Committee:
The returning 3 families with 15 associates are safely transported to Khost province with 11,500 AFN as rent payment.
