The Ministry of Justice has announced that the purchase and sale of state-owned land plots and residential lots distributed or sold to individuals for the purpose of constructing shelter are prohibited, and that legal action will be taken against violators.
The ministry also instructed all real estate agencies across the country to strictly refrain from conducting transactions involving state-owned land plots.
