The Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority (ATRA) held a meeting with telecommunication companies to discuss reducing package prices, improving service quality, and addressing subscribers’ concerns.
ATRA officials emphasized that protecting consumers’ rights, providing quality services, and offering affordable packages are among the responsibilities of telecommunication companies.
They added that legal action would be taken against companies that violate relevant laws and regulations.
