The Commission for Preventing Land Usurpation has made significant progress in addressing the issue of land usurpation in Afghanistan

Since its establishment under the leadership of the Acting Minister of Justice, the commission has successfully identified and reclaimed two million acres of land that were unlawfully seized by tyrants and usurpers. Out of the identified land, one and a half million acres have already been returned to their rightful owners.

The commission’s dedicated technical teams continue to actively work across the country to prevent further instances of land usurpation. This proactive approach has been well-received by legal analysts who appreciate the commission’s efforts in adhering to a legal framework for the return of usurped lands.

The prevalence of corruption and the presence of tyrants in society have been identified as key factors contributing to land usurpation. With the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, measures have been taken to dismantle these corrupt elements, leading to a decline in land usurpation incidents.

Overall, the Commission for Preventing Land Usurpation is making significant strides in addressing this major problem and ensuring the rightful ownership of land in Afghanistan.
